Bockelman Building & Development
Bockelman Building & Development was founded by John and Dorcas Bockelman, in 1983. John is a 3rd generation builder. This was an easy choice for John because he had been around construction all of his life.
His father and grandfather knew how to put quality and time into a home. "Our philosophy has always been to build the best quality home at the lowest price possible for our customers."
John is a hands on builder. He does a lot of things himself and oversees his construction sites closely. We pride ourselves in doing it the "right" way. We want our customers to be happy and come back to us if they are looking to build again.
John and Dorcas live in Peculiar and have built and developed property in Cass County. They have a good reputation with the city inspectors and other builders in the community.
